Oravella is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, unpaid customs charges, or import restrictions in the destination country.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
If a package is returned, delayed, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, Oravella may not be responsible for replacement, refund, or reshipment costs.
