Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, weekends, product customization periods, or high-volume seasons.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location, carrier service, and delivery conditions.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Oravella is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information first. If there is no update for several days, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building office, or with neighbors first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us with your order number and tracking number.
International Shipping
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product type. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also affect delivery time.
Incorrect or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Refund eligibility for returned packages will be reviewed according to our store policies.
